FLIGHT is the Ultimate Frisbee club at Independence High School
Since its inception in 2008, IHS FLIGHT has consistently been one of the top teams in the state, with several State Championships, and a Nationals bid for the Varsity Boys in 2025! Ultimate is a fast-paced team sport played with a flying disc on a field similar to football and featuring players in constant motion, precision throws, catches and blocks, with a focus on sportsmanship.
