Ultimate is a fast-paced team sport played with a flying disc on a field similar to football. The game features players in constant motion, precision throws, catches and blocks, all while maintaining a strong focus on sportsmanship.
At FLIGHT, we don't just play ultimate frisbee—we live it. Our program emphasizes athletic excellence, strategic thinking, and the "Spirit of the Game" that makes ultimate unique among competitive sports.
